PROCESSING TIME
All TEXM pieces are made-to-order in the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days from order date (including production time)

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, TEXM is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

DELAYED SHIPMENTS
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. We appreciate your patience.
