TEXM ("we," "us," "our") is the operator of texm.com and the maker of the pieces sold therein. Designed in New York. Finished in the United States.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order with TEXM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply limitations.

Each piece is made to order. We typically prepare and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days.

4. PRICING

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is finished and dispatched.

6. SHIPPING

Please see our Shipping page for current shipping times, costs, and policies. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All content on texm.com — including the TEXM name, monogram, designs, photographs, and written material — is the property of TEXM and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.

9. THE MONOGRAM

The TEXM interlocking T and M monogram is a registered trademark of TEXM. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEXM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
